How to Overcome Calves Pain

  • Stop activity.
  • Rest your feet by lying down and placing your feet higher than your body.
  • Ice the affected part of the calves for about 20 minutes.
  • Do light leg stretches.
  • Take pain relievers, such as ibuprofen or paracetamol, if necessary.
